Absolutely ridiculous, drivers goes to wrong address and UberEats refuses to refund

Absolutely ridiculous, drivers goes to wrong address and UberEats refuses to refund.

My address is exactly on the PIN on the uber eats app. Driver went literally 1 block away in the middle of a city. Their phone was on voice mail. I used the app to try message them, and they marked my order delivered.

I filed a refund request and UberEats refused it. They said their driver waited (at the WRONG address a block away) for 8 minutes.
