Absolutely irate and disgusted

I am beyond irate and disappointed by uber. An uber driver delivering food crashed into my car at 18:33 yesterday evening according to the surveillance at my complex (Sandhurst View). The footage clearly shows that the 3 wheel cell uber branded vehicle crashed into my car. This is not a small dent but will be rather closely to me. At our complex you state the unit you coming to via intercom, our security call the person where they then press 9 and are granted access. There was no cameras at the gate but around the complex. As you no it’s winter therefore it is already dark. The vehicle’s head lights on making it difficult to see. After delivering the food to whatever unit the vehicle is seen to bump my car and speed off. Again with the headlines on there again obscuring the number plate. I called the support team and was advised I cannot be helped as I do not have a number plate.
