Absolutely ****ing terrible service

I would put zero if allowed. Made an order and 2 hours ago the order was marked as on the way. No order received, driver had not moved, declines all calls and ignores communications. Looking at true caller it seems he is a repeat offender of this. Why is he still one of the people delivering? Surely his score is as **** as kamala harris's word vomit? This is the absolute worst service I have received recently...its blatant *****ing and you still keep him employed!!!! and what do I get? an apology from a call centre agent that is clearly a bot! You need to do better Uber Eats... give a **** about the people that give you income. Think I will stick with Mr Delivery
