Absolutely horrific: store harassment | blatant disrespect | horrible to all parties involved.
Absolutely horrific service. This store is a complete disgrace and feels like a blatant ****.
My first nightmare experience was on 14 December 2025. I was severely sick and dehydrated and ordered something as basic as water and a Coke. I waited over an hour while the store was completely empty, with multiple staff members literally sitting on chairs doing nothing. Instead of preparing the order I had already paid for, they refused to package it, refused to give it to the courier, and actually harassed the Uber driver, forcing him to deliver messages to me saying I should come fetch it myself because they were “in no rush”. This is not only unprofessional, it’s disgusting behaviour. When they finally sent the order after realising they were over the time limit, the water bottle was physically hot, as if it had been microwaved or deliberately heated.
Fast forward to today, 6 February 2026, and I unfortunately experienced the exact same thing again after mistakenly ordering from this store, not realising it was the same location. Same delays. Same refusal to prepare the order. Same disrespect toward the courier.
I have since been told by others that this is a pattern: they intentionally make customers wait over an hour, even for something as small as one packet of chips, hoping you’ll cancel so they keep your money and the stock, since Uber Eats still charges if you cancel before a certain time. If this is true, it’s beyond *********.
This store harasses customers, harasses Uber couriers, and wastes drivers’ time, costing them income and delivery opportunities. The behaviour is aggressive, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. I genuinely would not feel safe ordering from here again given how comfortable they are telling customers to fetch orders themselves or communicating rudely through drivers.
Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of stores that respect their customers and couriers — this is not one of them.
Direct message to Uber Eats: It is severely disappointing that Uber Eats has no real measures in place to protect its customers or its own couriers from stores like this. I reported this exact behaviour previously, spoke to someone about it, and even sent an email, yet nothing has changed. This should not still be happening.
This is a safety concern, not just bad service. Why is a store with so many complaints and strikes still allowed to operate on the platform? This is a responsibility that falls on Uber Eats, not the customer or the courier. Your platform should be actively monitoring and enforcing standards to ensure this behaviour cannot continue.
Allowing a store to repeatedly harass customers, abuse couriers, and manipulate wait times is horrific. It should not be allowed, and the fact that it continues shows a complete failure in protecting anyone who uses this app.
