Absolutely fed up, straight up theft

Absolutely **********. I've had drivers ***** food multiple times already, then it takes forever to get your money back. Then taking the cake, they DOUBLE charged me for the same order, when my order didn't even go through!! It's plain theft. And then they won't offer a helpline number, and having to go through chat support, you're not going to get your money back any time soon. Absolutely fed up with this app
