Absolutely atrocious service from Uber eats, the worst food delivery service out there.

I ordered food to the of oven 700ZAR in sea point Capetown, when the delivery guy arrived I gave him the delivery pin, when he reached into his carrier and handed me my food. It was a lot lighter than it should have been, upon closer inspection, the package had someone's name on it. I showed this to the driver to which he responded by taking the package with him indicating that he would return with the correct package. He never came back.

I called the restaurant, they indicated that the driver delivered package at the wrong address because the received a similar complaint about the same driver.

I have been texting the Uber eats bot for 4 days straight and I am not making any progress in getting a refund
