ABSOLUTELY APPAULING!!!!!

PATHETIC!!!!!Service delivery is absolutely poor. The estimated delivery time is not even close to the time the order arrives, this is the third time I'm having the same issue where the delivery time is delayed. You may think i'm over reacting however the first time it was delayed by at least half an hour, then the delivery guy does not show up, however the order is put through as completed. I then raised the complaint and the money is credited to my ubereats account exluding delivery and service cost. I then order again from a different resturant and this order is 1 and a half hours later than the estimated delivery time. Today I order, estimated delivery time is given for 1:20pm, it is now an hour later and still no delivery, the time for delivery just keeps increasing with no reason given. When I try to cancel I'm then faced with the issue of my money not being refunded ad me having to call the resturant to find out if they are willing and able to cancel my order and refund my money, which they are unable to do as the driver already picked up the order. ABSOLUTELY APPAULING!!!!!
