I waited for a few minutes before going back inside. I asked the driver where is he as I am coming from downstairs, driver still said he is outside waiting for me. I again went downstairs coming from the 26th floor not forgetting that I am heavily pregnant to find no driver outside. I went back inside again and texted the driver via the app only to find out that he is waiting for me at Nyembe street whilst I clearly indicated on the delivery address that it is 303 west street. driver then changed status that I have collected my order. I reported on the app that I did not receive my order only to be told that my order is non refundable. ABSOLUTE SHAMBALES. what a shame you have done to a person who is pregnant.
