Absolute ****mers!!!!

****MERS!

Driver took a photo of our food on a random grass patch and stated it was delivered. Delivery was scheduled for 11:00, and he marked it as delivered at 11:01. Mind you we were waiting outside the entire time. And the drivers are supposed to wait for at LEAST 11 minutes. Customer service tells us the driver followed process so we aren’t due a refund. How does this company allow such nonsense?
