Absolute disgrace

Placed an order with Uber eats at Mochachos bosmont between 18:50 and 18:59 funds was deducted from my account but the delivery is still in progress ta 21:06. On the app it indicated estimated time for delivery 19:33, I waited and waited

I called the store and they confirmed the order went out between 19:10 -19:15 I tried calling the driver and messaged him no response.

Called the Uber help line informed me if the order is in progress they can't help need to call the store Mochachos so they can call however they were already closed.

This is bad customer service and Uber eats need to be closed down if they ****ming client and not delivering food
