**** about refunds

I ordered food from Chisanyama using the Uber Eats app. The food packaging was not wrapped properly, causing the sishebo to mix in the plastic bag, which made the food inedible. I reported the issue to Uber Eats via their app and attached the necessary pictures at the time. I received a response stating that the money had been refunded to my account. However, I recently noticed that no refund was processed; it was a false claim.
