Tonight I am furious. I have never been so angry in my life.

I had placed an order at Nando's and then my driver picked up the order and came to deliver. He had arrived before scheduled time. But wasn't at my exact location. He was a street away. So he called me but the call didn't go through then I attempted to call him multiple times after that with no answer. He kept hanging up. I even wrote multiple messages with no answer asking him where exactly he was because I was outside but he wasn't there. This went on for about 25 minutes. He eventually said he delivered it showing the bag literally outside my gate but there was nothing at all. This stupid delivery guy stole my food and now when I ask for a refund, they refuse.

And it seems this guy is a problem because there are multiple bad reviews on him.

I will never be using uber eats anymore. They don't even care that all my money down the drain. They have 0 common sense even with all the evidence provided. They are protecting *******.
