A very poor service from UberEats

I ordered Pedro's at Jabulani mall Vai UberEats. I was supposed to receive my order at 14:20 when I check the app it says the driver (Thabang)has arrived, I went outside to check the was no driver I then sent the driver a text stating I can't see you am I standing at the gate!! I then retype the address and send it to him... he ignored me I decided to call Pedro's to check what's happening because on the app it states that the order has been delivered I was then advised to call UberEats because the driver didn't return the order mind you I have already paid for my order. I called UberEats the lady I was talking to told me that she won't be able to assist, she'll only log a complain to the correct department on my behalf. It's know 16:00 I haven't received My order or refund. I feel ****med at that time I used my last money so the my kids can eat
