A TOTAL **** ITS SCARY FOR TO DO THINGS LIKE THIS FOR SUCH A BIG BRAND

The worst business!!!i will delete the account after this after so many tries of contacting their support it has led me to hellopeter. I order food on 23August,my account was charged but i never received my order.250rand gone!! They allow drivers to start 8minute tracker even when the app shows that they are not at the delivery location.After the 8minutes passes the driver will just mark your order as delivered.Uber eats does not have a phone number.You contact their support to explain and they give you a generic message to say the driver had an 8minute tracker which passed and you are not eligible for a refund. TOTAL ****!no wonder there is so many issues with uber from ****,abductions et****hey allow drivers to do as they please with no accountability!!this incident has left a bad taste in my mouth!how can you run a business like this!!!
