A pizza order that I never received

I have made and order at Debonairs Maponya Mall through Uber Eats,the driver sent my order to a wrong address,upon arrival he contacted me and I directed him to the right address,he took some 5 minutes to arrive at my home.Upon Arrival he didn't want to leave the order and said it was canceled,the next day I went to Maponya Mall debonairs to explain but they said they couldn't help me I must contact uber Eats.Uber doesn't want to refund me they are just dismissing me.I bought 5 triple pizzas small for 599.00 and my money has gone to the drain,I'm very angry and I want my money or my pizzas.The order was made on the 15th April until today I'm still waiting.
