A driver took my money

I ordered food and paid cash. The driver took the money after he left. A few minutes later he reported on the app that I did not pay. I contacted UberEats and they gave me a pass and saying I should not do it again. Do what again because I ordered and paid. It's not my fault UberEats hires *******.

After some time the same driver comes to deliver my order. I was shocked that UberEats would allow the same driver to deliver to me again. I spoke to the support or help department. I spoke to the most useless and obnoxious consultant.

Good business etiquette has been replaced with mediocre and subpar service.
