A bunch of ****mers

Hi i have received a 90% discount promo and when i placed a order it does not give me the discount..please guys stop ****ming customers and sending this messages out if you not going to live to your promise, i have just wasted 30 mins of my time on the phone with you guys and still sit here awaiting answers. How do we resolve this matter.
