A bunch of *******!

Disgusting service with absolutely no after service or any forum to complain to. After numerous occasions I have ordered food, paid for it upfront and then went on to wait a minimum of an hour to be told I will not receive any food - at no fault of my own? Yet never ever receive a refund? At this point it’s just pathetic. I’d seriously like to know where my money goes and who profits off from it? It’s extremely unfair to not keep your end of the deal, by doing what you should and DELIVER food yet charge me??! I went onto your social media account to complain as there is no other forum and found out it’s happening to so many people? This is utterly disgusting! I wish I could give less than 1 star.
