This is the second time I've had items missing in my order. The first order was a meal from Hungry lion which came to R400+ and a total of 14 pieces of chicken and 4 large chips were missing. When I went through the process to get help all I got was a generic response the following day and a partial refund. Today I places an order for Nuri sushi and only received 4 out of 5 items. My 10 piece sushi was missing. I received a generic response when following the necessary process.
