I ordered food from them and the resturants were open and accepted my order but an hour later and we were still waiting we got hold of Uber support and told them and they then canceld the orders and said we would be refunded with in 7 days

It has been 14 days now and no money no credit to our balance and nobody is getting back to us as to why we are not getting our money back both orders came to Around R500 and we want our hard earned money back

Who ever is in charger better see to it that this is resolved as we will never use this ***** app again
