We received R100 voucher as this was the first time that we ordered from Uber Eats. I placed my order at the local roadhouse. The amount would be R270 less the R100. Uber took the full R270 off my account AND WE HAD TO COLLECT THE ORDER!!!! When we called Uber to complain they said we would have to wait until it was handed to the correct department. This would mean we would not get the money back and we had no more to buy food, so that meant that we just had to suck it up and pay and collect food that cost, wait for it, R198 AT THE ROADHOUSE!!!!! I was so angry and disappointed, and I will NEVER NEVER NEVER USE UBEREATS AGAIN!!!!!!!!
