I placed an order with UberEats at McDonalds. The first order placed took extremely long and I requested to cancel this order, the refund was processed. When I placed the second order at 18:15, the delivery time showed 19:20, I immediately requested to cancel this. I messaged the driver to let him know that this order must be cancelled that he must let the restaurant know. I repeatedly requested to cancel this order on the app and was told that they would not process the refund. The driver CLAIMS that the food was left outside my place 45 mins later and now UberEats refuses to refund me despite letting them know that i DID NOT RECEIVE THE ORDER upon returning home. I also did let the driver know that I requested to cancel this order and will not be at home to receive the order
