I have ordered for over R800, the driver marks it delivered and but i got nothing. I queried and told the driver was outside for more than 8 minutes so I do not get a refund. the more i say i do not want the refund, i want my goods, they respond, i cant get a refund. you'd swear the people there can't read, they just copy and paste the same response over and over. then they say there's already a query so we close this one. where is the other query? I open a new query, i am told its past 48 hours so I can't be helped yet they took forever to respond and barely helped in anyway. they cant even give you a number to call... they are ******* and now seem to be employing ******* too.
