4hrs waiting, 2 cancelled orders, no update, no feedback....also no tip!

Wow UberEats!! 4hrs, 2 cancelled orders (from your side on an updated app before you start picking at poor excuses and blaming the customer for your incompetence) and guess what??? still no dinner.......no update available, no contact details available, no NOTHING. ordered from Mr Delivery 2mins ago, dinner will be here in 20mins. so when your driver eventually arrives here at my house, be it in 2022 even, they will have to wait, and not be able to reach me, until someone feels my frustration and gives me an email address where i can atleast send my written complaint!!
