3hours Pizza delivery time Via Uber Eats

I ordered via Uber Eats From Romans Pizza Lambton and the payment went through at 18:11. I had to phone the Ubereats driver at 20:28 to hear where the hell is is. He told me some story about the shop being busy. I am absolutely livid! I phoned Romans, gave them the order details and they said the order went out a long time ago. When the driver reached me eventually at 20:43, he told me he waited a long time for the order.
