Was ****** of my money on my last order when I cancelled an order within 1 minute and was still charged and told the order had already been prepared but how when I cancelled in 69 seconds and also charged a tip for the delivery when no one was alerted regarding my delivery. Customer service is poor and getting a hold of them is hard.

Not to also mention that their app is not secure as they do not have a 3d secure payment system when adding your bank card meaning anyone who gets a hold of your card and can transact on your card without your knowledge or approval.

Please refund me back my money that you ****med me as that is against customer laws
