2nd non-delivery

Twice now I have ordered from Uber eats at McDonald's Shelly Beach and my delivery was not made. The last time, we waited over 2 hrs for our food and then the order was just cancelled without any warning. Tonight again, 2 super hungry children waited 2hrs for their food and I eventually decided to get in my car, in the dark, with 2 kids and a small baby and pick up the food instead. This is utterly disgusting service and I WILL NOT use Uber Eats again. The last time I ordered food via Uber Eats, I contacted Mr D and they ended up delivering instead.
