2hours for delivery

Very disappointed , i ordered food at burger king houghton 19:56 now its 21:51 the driver is still not here trying to reach out calling him he drops the calls , what nonsense is this , why is the no communication from the driver or a consultant , so basically waitng 2hours for my food
