2 hour wait for food deliver for 2 km distance from kfc

We ordered at 16:00 on Friday afternoon the 22 may from KFC moreleta park. KfC Moreleta park. Is only 2 km away from our home. Our Order only arrived after 18:00. There were no options to cancel our order. Our food arrived cold and sloppy.

We cannot fault the driver he was do what he could however the system seems to be at fault by making the driver wait for all the orders before delivering
