2 deliveries create anger and frustration.

UberEats has failed me once again. I ordered food from a restaurant 4 blocks away, but the driver was given another order which he delivered first, to a location far away. This added 40 minutes or more to my delivery time and the food was cold when it arrived.

I asked the driver why he didn't come to me first as I was so close and actually on the way to the other location. He said that UberEats dictates the order and he has to follow instructions.

I have 2 issues here: First - UberEats should allocate only 1 order at a time to avoid this kind of mess. If they somehow believe they are being efficient in assigning 2 deliveries to one driver, then they are extremely misguided.

Second - if this *HAS* to happen in future, then give the driver the initiative to deliver the closest order first.

POOR service on the part of UberEats.
