1h30min for cold pizzas

<p>I ordered pizza at 6:59, time at which it was accepted by the restaurant via the app.</p> <p>1h30min later, still no pickup had taken place despite the restaurant confirming over the phone that the order was ready for pickup since an hour already... I ended up picking up the order myself and left back home with what was now cold pizza.. Still no driver showed up at the restaurant in that time. </p> <p>I had no way to cancel the order either. </p> <p>Shocking and lowsy service from Ubereats. </p> <p>Certainly not fit for purpose </p> <p> </p> <p>PS not the first time I see my delivery time being postponed again and again in 10-15 min increments. </p>
