1 1/2 hours for delivery and then cancels delivery

Order was late by and hour and a half. only to find out driver had an accident. I was not notified about this and no replacement driver was sent to collect the order. After endless conversation with Help desk they decided to cancel the order with no charge to me. Of course I would not allow them to charge me for food I had not received, but they had no apology for the time that they had wasted.

Disappointed in the service and level of accountability. This is not the first incident.
