I had a voucher of R120.00

Purchased food that costed me R160.01,no problem 120 was app**** to my account and had to pay a deficit of R40.10,to my suprise 160.10 was deducted in my personal account🤔can you please reimburse me my 120.00,i got an email that my 120.00 voucher was app****🙄where while you took 160.10+120=280.01

I just want to be reimbursed my 120.00 thats it.
