0 Stars - Driver took my food and left

Extremely disappointed with this delivery experience. The driver arrived at my complex and I could see him driving around on the map. Security answered the gate twice and opened it for him, even providing clear directions to my unit. Despite this assistance, the driver never attempted to deliver the food and instead drove away with my order.

I ended up losing my money while the driver essentially got a free meal. This is completely unacceptable service. I expected a professional delivery, not to have my food ******. Would not recommend this driver to anyone.

They found that the driver had followed through with everything, yet how is a bot able to understand what actually transpired? 1. He drove to the incorrect complex. 2. I provided him with the unit number. 3. Through THREE instances, he was able to enter the property.

NOT ONCE was there no communication. He ignores my calls, but this is just ridiculous. I ordered for my son, but it wasn't for a party. This was highly disappointing and Uber Eats has been my go-to, but I don't think it's something I'll ever go to.
