Ub No Leisure

I financed a off road bike from ub leisure two weeks ago and still did not take delivery of it. The salesman changed the delivery date once before and told me on Tuesday 14 March 2023 the bike has been loaded and will be in Amanzimtoti by Thursday 16 March 2023. I tried to get hold of the salesman but my calls and messages was ignored on Thursday 16 March 2023. Today, Friday 17 March I spoke to a different salesman who informed me the bike never left their premises. I followed up with the lady who managed the finance and according to her, the salesman blames the courier company. Why promise a delivery date then ignore customers when there is no delivery. Terrible service. It will be interesting to see if the motorcycle is in the good condition as advertised. The delivery, which was extra, is also advertised as a UB-LEISURE service so, who's responsible for their actions when delivery does not happen?
