Poor Communication

I have been following their Facebook page updates for awhile and after many discussions with my better half on our dreams of touring Sa on bikes together, getting my score to a more healthy level I finally made the decision on a new bike listed on their pages. made contact with the sales person who was great in sending videos and answering a plethora of questions, sent the recommended docs copies and the such late Monday morning and then ? no communication yesterday at 11h40 I inquired so about a day after the docs were sent was told finance would call I said I would wait a little longer. this morning I again asked fiance at 9h40 and received a whats-app that they were trying to get the banks to review the outcome I would be contacted shortly. 15h45 I sent a whats app that they can cancel the process as I still had no updates, questions figures on anything where I could explain, get a trade in or deposit if needed. I was then called at 16h03 to say the banks would not finance again no reason or look at the offer or the such. I have bought many vehicles over the years and be the application a success or not I always received a better response, feedback than what I have received the past three days from Ub Leisure. My girlfriend and I will move on and look elsewhere for our bikes.
