Verbal abuse

On Friday the 29th of October 2021, I phoned Lucrecia Ann Lord to enquire about a property that had just come into my email. I got no answer. On Saturday I tried twice more. Still nothing. I then sent her a message on whattspp telling her that if she was Not interested in helping me, to please give me a contact number for someone who would. She called me immediately. I missed that call but called her back immediately. She verbally abused me and screamed and scolded me for quite a few minutes. I was so upset that I couldn't speak. I am a 62 year old woman by the way. She went on and on till she was satisfied. I was never so mortified in all my life.
