Tysons Properties - Bad, Poor, Unacceptable Service - Not Trustworthy at all

A real disappointment after they sell their service as the best in the rental industry assuring you that your property is in the best capable hands and that they will look after it. After contract has been signed and the worst ever tenants was placed they do not care one bit about the landlord. Where do I start, Rental agreement of 6 months signed with Tyson for them to rent out and look after my property, as I live abroad. Property was put in the market and tenants signed a lease, starting 1 Sept 2019 ending 28 Feb 2020. As a Landlord I never received my monthly rental on time causing my mortgage debit order to jump numerous times throughout the 6 months. Tysons almost never respond to an email unless you follow it up with them. Reason given, payment has not cleared in their account, I have to wait they cannot do anything about it. Even after you call to their Branch Manager and explain that no one responds she states just wait. A maintenance contractor required access to my property to perform a electrical certification and carry out required maintenance, after numerous attempts to get access by contacting Tysons, as tenants refused entry, Tysons were of no help. They only provided me the contact details of the current tenants. Were they even allowed to do so. My mother in law had to call the tenants to come up with an arrangement to get access to my own property in order to do some maintenance, is it not the Tyson agency responsibility to arrange these types of things as you appoint them as the property manager. As I am abroad I put all my trust in them as I am not around to sort these things. WORST OF ALL: Property sold and got registered on the new owner name just before tenants moved out, Middle February. I have received no tenant exit inspection from Tyson Properties, alleged the tenant arranged to stay on with the new owner but disappeared on the 28th of Feb leaving the property in a horrid state. The new rental agency has just emailed, over a month since the property registered in the new owner name advising me of the state of the property, advising keys was handed to Tyson Properties by the neighbor and exit check was done on the 5th of March. I had no idea of any of this as the last I heard from Tysons was advising tenants will be moving out on the 28th. I even paid occupational rent to the new owners because of tenants living there for another 2 weeks after property got registered. PLEASE ADVISE WHAT I CAN DO: Tysons never reported back to me or provided me with a rental exit inspection, if they did, I would of been made aware of the horrid state of the property and tenants would have been held accountable. The new rental agency had contacted Tysons numerous occasions in regards to maintenance required to get the property back to rental state. They do not want to accept any responsibility or take any accountability, how can the tenants just leave without any accountability, how can Tysons find this acceptable or let them leave ??Why was the exit check not done before they left and what happened to the deposit to cover any damage to the property??Where do I get answers or who can help. Any help advise will be greatly appreciated.
