Thoroughly inconsiderate

Review for Wade Liston. Worst experience I have ever had with an estate agent. After spending an entire morning trying to call and email to get hold of the agent on a Property24 a Thursday, he arranged a viewing with me for the Saturday and would not send me the application form (as I would have app**** without viewing the property) prior to viewing as he insisted he would bring it to the viewing. I spent half an hour waiting for him at the property on the Saturday morning with no phone call or email to cancel. His phone also went straight to voicemail. The security guard of the block then told me that he had in fact had viewings on the Friday morning that I was not aware of even though I had been very clear on the Thursday that I was available to view at any time. It is now Saturday afternoon and I still have not had any response or apology, or even a mail to let me know that they have found a tennant.
