Still waiting for a response over a month now
I bought a townhouse threw Tyson Properties

Bernard told me the levies was R700 and the stove will stay. I signed the purchase agreement as he said everything was discussed is in there. I took him on his word and didnt read all the fine details. This is also my first time buying so I am not clued up to all the ins and outs. He wrote 875 levies and it actually is 948.

When I got the keys from the daughter on the 23rd Sep, I saw the stove was replaced with a piece of **** that is rusted and does not work properly. I can not live without food and had to buy a new one as the one that was left was uncookable.

The gate to the wash line has been removed and when I asked Kathy about this, she said it was too rusted... When I saw it, it was not. Who is replacing it as I will not and dont have R1000 to replace this.

The toilets do not flush properly and need new plumbing as the toilets run constantly. I now see the pluming to geyser is leaking.

My main complain is that I need a wash line gate immediately!!!!! Kathy refused to replace it.

I emailed Tyson Properties and Wilma rep**** it is not their responsibility.
Do not trust any estate agent from Tyson Properties.
