Stay Away

I have being in the property and service industry for decades. The level of service at Tyson property service provides leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. They changed the terms of the lease agreement between negotiating and date of signature leaving me with no option but to sign as I already gave notice elsewhere. What a massive misrepresentation. Commitments were made 5 months later still not delivered. Problems are logged and only attended too weeks later. I have a security issue that we raised a month ago still not fixed. In 4 months they couldnt find a tenant for the flat, I found a suitable tenant within a week of collecting my keys. The agents do not respond to our communications. The person fixing the property is clueless. When I get my own people in they laugh at the workmanship that Tyson property have fixing issues on the property. I am embarassed to even bring visitors in my property. I would never make use of their service again.
