Real estate agency wastes ppls time

I went for a viewing via Tyson properties we were happy with it , they asked me to fill in an application i did so as i wanted to rent out the property, the next day they sent me a message saying my application came back successful and they were waiting for the owners to get back to them, we waited 3 days on the 3rd we got feed back the landlord said they going with someone else for some reason

Can tyson please not waste peoples time , my credit score was also affected by this whole process and im not impressed .

As i understand it the owner of this property also owns Taj the indian franchise i hope he doesnt waste peoples time at his restaurants as he waste their time with property.
