My experience has been disappointing and extremely frustrating. I trusted Tyson Properties with the leasing of my residential property. The tenants they supposedly screened (credit check) and signed the lease agreement, have not paid for months. Not only that, I have since learned that they screened for one individual and the property was occupied by someone else entirely. I have reason to believe that Tyson was aware of this and failed to notify me. The lease has ended and the tenant has not evicted the property and I am now having to follow the legal route, at my expense, to get them out. Needless to say, Tyson will not admit that they failed me and of course, is now unable to assist me with the matter. I will never refer anyone that I know to this particular company. If you want stress, sleepless nights, and headaches regarding the management of your property, then hire Tyson Properties. Personally, I am learning a tough lesson to do a proper background check on any and all companies that I engage with further. Tyson Properties is a grave disappointment.
