Poor service

Date: 17 January 2016<br> Time: Approx 3pm<br> Property: Ambleside (42 Ferguson Road, Glenwood)<br> <br> This was my second viewing of the property (my wife's first viewing). Greeted by the Tyson Properties agent.<br> <br> Post viewing and after trying to get her attention (she seemed more interested in chatting with her friend) the agent was unable to answers specific questions that I posed about the property (insurance levies, interior renovations, etc). I was provided with negative answers/answers that did not make sense. I have dealt with other agents before this (within the Tyson group) and I have received excellent service.<br> <br> Overall a negative experience.... <br> <br>
