No response 9 days after break-in and door still broken

Your service is utterly…utterly poor, in fact its actually pathetic to be honest.

As you know, a white male, with a black unknown accomplice broke into her flat that you rented out to her, with a hammer and the intension to hurt her and/or her 4 year old child. This is after the suspect bridged the gate security twice that day. Not taking anything but merely shouting out her name and looking for her, this is intentional human targeting. All the neighbours were witnesses of the incident. Photo’s attached.

8 days, going on 9 days since then there has been zero feedback from yourself nor the landlord in this regard fixing her door, her and her childs safety and security or any other feedback for that matter, not caring less about your lessee. This matter has been logged at the police on Monday, 11 October 2021 and we received the case number on the same day, therefore there are no excuse from your company or landlord to investigate the matter, the police investigators are already investigating the matter.

Would you live like this after your life has been threatened, would you allow this your mother, wife, girlfriend or anyone else close to you to live behind an unsecure place with an intentional ******** wanting to hurt any of them and still not lift a finger?

I expect the following from your employer as well as the landlord: • Immediate cancellation of her rental agreement, without any terms due to both your and the owners negligence as well as the negligence of the estate security. This means that the deposit will be paid back to her in full, and she will only be liable for rent from 1st of October until the date of the incident which is the 10th of October 2021, as her property was unsafe since then. • She will be allowed until the 31st of October to move out, most of her belongings are now stored in her garage due to her door not being fixed yet and her place being unsecure. • Apology letter from your branch manager and/or landlord for not communicating with her at all during the past week, putting her and her childs safety at risk and for the lack of service you are offered.

You, your employer and the landlord had 9 days to do something about it, time has ran out and I demand immediate action and a swift reply regarding the way forward.

Please revert soonest.
