Jason Clemo Tyson Properties - worst services

honestly the worst experience with an agency, not only are they known to be ****** but they are the laziest bunch i have ever come across , namely Jason Clemo - do not rent or buy from this agent , he honestly does nothing / in 9 months of living in an apartment he is meant to manage i haven't seen him once , didn't do the ingoing inspection , expects me to drive around to drop keys , i drove to Tyson western seaboard offices twice this week and their company hours are boldly shown on their front door bud no1 is ever there, now i get charged the rent for everyday i have the keys .. this after my lease being cancelled early . Jason has threatened me , marked my credit negatively , well knowing the facts , this after my attorney contacted him stating that fines cannot be given unless the proof of the misconduct is there / i was fined for parking my visitors car in a visitor bay, and this eventually got down to me being evicted... Jason knows i have witnesses to stand for me in the complex but he is not concerned in hearing my part. He wasn't even concerned when the balcony was flooding , like i said i am yet to see him do anything in the 9 months of me staying there ! there is so much more to this that should merit his license taken away, just complete disinterest for the tenant and the landlord - he takes your money and doesn't do the work - think he spends more time being on sick leave then actually working. worst agent experience i have ever had and still having. next step is to the board and PPRA , i won't let this slide and have this agent do this to others .
