HORRID SERVICE STEPHEN ADAMO

I have leased through Tyson and liaised with an agent called Stephen Adamo. He must be the most arrogant, unhelpful person in the company who neglects to respond to his client nor follow up with the owner unless I pester him. If you're not a millionaire or looking to purchase a property in an expensive residential area, just know that he will treat you with zero customer service. Even worse is that Tyson property will cover for him because he's bringing in the sales. It's been 14 days that Tyson has not paid my deposit back and Stephen neglected to do the deposit release form until I followed up thrice and eventually called because he ignored my messages. Legally they have 7 days to pay the deposit back because no issues were raised at the outgoing inspection. I will be taking this further.
