Hand over of house unacceptable

I paid my deposit of the apartment that I was renting from Tyson property group 2 weeks in advance, 10 June 2015, My mother in law saw the place and the consultant said he would clean the place out and install a new oven, because the oven that is in there is not usable, I moved in to the apartment on the 1 July. Still nothing has been done. the place was a mess, the shower was dirty the carpets are still dirty, kitchen cupboards are falling apart. the stove is still broken I can only use one plate and when I use the oven it gives me a shock like the earth is not correct. this is totally unacceptable, the place should have been cleaned and a proper handover should have been done, Robbie did not even met with me at the house after I have moved in.<br> Robbie keep on telling me that the stove is on the way but it is almost 3 weeks. there is also some windows falling out of the frames. one he know of the other two I discovered this weekend
