does not honour an agreement

I bought a house threw tyson and the security gate was removed. in the signed agreement all security gates where to stay. I contacted tyson properties and they said it not there responsibility. They should have been there when keys where handed over and seen that the property was in the same condition as when i put in the offer. I have reported them many times on hellopeter and they said they will replace the gate and sent 3 companies out to measure the gate and that was the last i ever heard from them. They are utter liers and know how to waste peoples time. If you are a ***** sell your property threw tyson property then strip it bare and tyson will let you get away with it.
