Do not use Tyson properties. You will not get your deposit back!!!!!

If you can, please do not use this agency. I have been a Tenent with my previous landlord for 2 years. The relationship with the landlord was good however the property agent has not been helpful at all. They only appear when I need to make a payment or need to renew my lease. When I decided to move out of the unit gave the agent 2 months notice so they have enough time to find another tenant. The agent did not respond to my emails up until I notified them that I was vacating the premises. I gave them enough time (two weeks) to inspect and review the state of the unit before they would be required to send me back my deposit. It has been two weeks and the agency has gone silent. Myself and the owner of the property keep sending emails to Neil Abernathy and he keeps ignoring them. I am requesting my deposit and he is just silent. Whoever works with tyson prop I would suggest you find a different agency to manage your property because they will not do anything. Such a disappointment.
